TO VOLUNTEER

Crescent Community Clinic appreciates our volunteer!

All one ever needs to volunteer at the clinic is a compassionate and willing spirit and a few hours of time. If you can volunteer just a few hours or more, please come to the clinic and speak with our administrator and take a tour of the clinic to meet other volunteers. After touring the clinic you may have a better sense of what we do and ho your talents and skills can be  utilized to assist us to provide the best health care possible.

Time to Plan Workshop


Time to Plan Workshop held at Capital City Bank on Spring Hill Drive from 10 am to 3 pm. Seating for limited so get your ticket early. Tickets are $35 with a light lunch and zippered binder included. Since this is tax season and you are gathering important documents for tax presentations, why not get all your important papers and documents in one place?

Presenters are local businesses and organizations and absolutely no selling will take place. Workshop is for information and education only.

1. Lyn Calvert from Senior Placement Assistance who will speak on options for deciding if your loved one needs assistant living. 
2. Jennifer Cavaliere from Dignity Memorial who will speak on advanced planning funerals to take the stress off your loved ones at the time of grief.
3. Five Wishes will be presented by Barbara Sweinberg who will share ideas to discuss the most important issues with your family and leaving your legacy for your family to honor you.
4. Tracking your digital footprint to help our digital executor clean up your online presence after you have passed is presented by Lori Goldbach.
5. Ann Scott will speak about The Unexpected  Aspects of Expected Chores and how to develop your social supporters.

Under the Sea Afternoon Tea Party


Under the Sea Afternoon Tea Party held at Weeki Wachee Candy Co. on 1413 Kass Circle Spring Hill from 3 pm, to
5 pm. Seating is limited to 50 guests and tickets are $25. Guests of all ages and gender will enjoy storytelling by Jerry Cowling and Ann Scott. There will be a silent auction with beautiful and useful gifts. Decorate your hat or attire with the Under the Sea theme for the themed attire contest. Finger food and hot tea will be served and optional ice tea and coffee. Desserts are scones and jam, a special themed dessert.

Holistic Spa Day


Holistic Spa Day held at the Crescent Community Clinic from 9:30 am to 4 pm. Tickets are $40. Services offered are a 20 minute use of the Bio Magnetic Amethyst Mat to relieve stress and build the immune system.  Presenters will  provide methods to relieve stress and anxiety, self care modalities, reiki sessions, harp and Tibetan bowls demonstrations for sound therapy and so much more!

LEAVE A LEGACY

A donation in honor of your loved one will provide continued access to health care for uninsured, indigent and under-served adults, ages 18 to 64 who meet Federal Poverty Guidelines and who have a chronic health condition or a diagnosed mental illness so that they do not go to the hospital emergency room for non-emergent health care.

Medical Equipment


You may also donate gently used medical equipment and adult incontinent items which will be added to our Medical Equipment Exchange for use by patients and community members. Suggested items to donate are: wheelchairs, walkers, canes, nebulizers, incontinent pads, C-PAP machines, bedside commodes, shower chairs back braces and boots. No medications can be donated.

Support Fundraising Events and Have Fun

Clinic does not receive any government funding and relies on the donations form individuals and businesses. Grants supplement our Health Literacy Programs.
